Welcome to Yesod Group. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of our services (“Services”), provided by Yesod Group (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By booking an appointment or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Services Provided

Yesod Group provides residential and commercial air duct cleaning and related services, including but not limited to:

  • Air duct and vent cleaning
  • Dryer vent cleaning
  • Inspection of accessible duct components
  • Related repairs and services, where requested and separately authorized

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking & Appointments

Appointments may be booked through our website, by phone, or by text message. When you book, you agree to provide an accurate service address and contact number.

  • A person aged 18 or older must be present for the entire appointment.
  • You must provide safe and reasonable access to the property and to the areas being serviced.
  • Appointment times are estimates. Arrival may be affected by traffic, weather, or prior jobs.

3. Pricing & Additional Work

Our advertised promotional price covers a standard cleaning as described at the time of booking.

No work beyond the standard cleaning is performed without your approval. If your system requires additional services, parts, or repairs, the technician will explain the work and provide a price before beginning. You are under no obligation to purchase any additional service, and declining does not affect the standard cleaning you booked.

Prices for additional work vary based on the size and condition of the system and are quoted on site. We do not provide binding quotes for additional work by phone, text, or email.

4. Service Partners

Some Services are performed by independent licensed contractors engaged by Yesod Group (“Service Partners”) rather than by our own employees. Where a Service Partner performs your appointment, we share only the information needed to complete the job, as described in our Privacy Policy. Service Partners are independent businesses and are not employees or agents of Yesod Group.

5. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, current, and lawful information.
  • Disclose known hazards at the property, including pets, structural issues, or contaminants.
  • Secure valuables and fragile items in and around the work area before the appointment.
  • Use our Services lawfully and treat our staff and Service Partners respectfully.

6. Payment

Payment is due at the time services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods presented at booking or on site. Any additional work approved by you is billed in addition to the base service price.

7. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment using the links provided in your confirmation message, or by contacting us directly. We ask that you give as much notice as reasonably possible.

If no one aged 18 or older is present at the scheduled time, or if the technician cannot access the property, the appointment may be treated as a missed appointment and may need to be rebooked.

8. SMS & Messaging Terms

If you opt in to receive text messages from us:

  • You will receive messages about scheduling, reminders, service updates, customer support, and promotions.
  • Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
  • Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not guarantee message delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided “as is” and we disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Yesod Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Yesod Group and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of REPLACE-STATE, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon posting.
